The forum is back.
Sadly, the data was lost. I have the backup data, but it isn't in the same format as the new board. I'll try to parse through it, but don't expect too much.
You can view the new fourms here.
SomeryC on Google Code!
I've set up a Google Code site for SomeryC. Feel free to poke around on it, post issues, and even download the new beta!
Version 0.2.5 Now In Beta!
Yes, you heard right! You can download the beta from the Official SomeryC Forum, as well as ask any questions you may need answered!
Version 0.2.5 Is Getting Written Now
To keep an eye on the new features or to suggest your own, head over to the Official SomeryC Forum.
To see the current build of the software in action, check it out at the SomeryC Test comic.
Dev reads comments, is stunned they exist.
Wow, it’s been a while since I checked the comments over here—I guess I forgot not everyone uses the forum. Now I just feel foolish and slothful, but enough about me, let’s talk about C. SomeryC, that is (I’m a moron).
Currently, there is no release date set for 0.2.5. I’m finishing up with my summer work in the next few weeks and will be moving to my apartment soon after, where I should have time to work on the new version. I want to say SomeryC 0.2.5 will be available to the public sometime in August.
More after the jump.
SomeryC v0.2.5's New Features
Here's just a tentative list of the new features in SomeryC v0.2.5:
-Comment notification via e-mail
-RSS Feed tools (that work properly)
-Chapter jumping functions
If you'd like to see a feature incorporated that isn't listed above, just let me know in the comments!
SomeryC v0.2.4 Released!
I updated SomeryC again! It uses sessions and other cool things, plus it has cool new features!
Changes after the jump.
Adding a little something for me.
I was able to set up a script that e-mails me whenever a new user installs SomeryC. It only fires once, during the install, so there is no reason to update or anything. I've just changed the current 0.2.3 file to include it.
Forum Is Amazing!
I took some time and re-skinned the forum. It should now have the same "look and feel" as the rest of SomeryC.
If you've got a problem, please post it in the forum so I can help you!
